The badass money-back guarantee

We want you to be satisfied. But we also know that sometimes that doesn't work out.
Our customer service team will do everything they can to help you. In the vast majority of cases, we do. If there's a problem, just write to us. But if it just doesn't work:

Our promise

As a private customer, you can return your order within one month and receive a full refund, including shipping costs. No matter why, even if it's used.

The conditions

We only grant this guarantee to private customers for new goods from our production (Badass eBikes GmbH) that were ordered in our webshop (badassebikes.com). We do not provide a guarantee for goods from third-party manufacturers and products from the refurbished category (used goods). The month starts from the date of dispatch. The refund will be made via the originally selected payment method. You will be refunded the amount actually paid. If you only return part of the order, we will refund your payment pro rata, but without shipping costs. The refund will be made after the return has been received and checked by us, at the latest within one week. You bear the costs for the return shipment.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee and can be exercised by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.

Making a claim

Contact us by e-mail or contact form if you wish to return your order in accordance with the above conditions. Provide us with the order or invoice number.

Please enclose the order or invoice number with the return shipment. We recommend that you send the return as an insured parcel with tracking.
