Are you unsure which badassBox you need?

First of all, we need to know which motor and which speed sensor is installed on your e-bike and where. Do you have electronic/automatic gears?

We can usually do little with the bike model, as the required information cannot be found on the Internet.

Do you have a problem with a badassBox?

We need as detailed a description as possible. If you have ordered from us, please also enter the order number.


  • Which badassBox is it (model)? Where and when purchased?
  • What exactly is happening - or not?
  • Does the bike still support? Up to what speed? How was it measured?
  • Is there an error in the display or app? Error code?
  • Spoke magnet aligned exactly according to instructions?
  • Battery replaced with a new, full battery (not a rechargeable battery)? Polarity observed? Are the battery contacts OK?

Allowed attachments are pictures and photos (.jpg, .jpeg, .png), also multiple.

ATTENTION

The badassBox may not be operated in road traffic or within the scope of the German StVO. Use is only permitted on private property. Before using the badassBox, check whether and how its use is permitted in your area.

Fitting the badassBox may invalidate the bike's warranty. Use of the badassBox is at your own risk and peril.
We, the manufacturer, accept no liability for damage to objects and/or persons caused by improper use of the badassBox and/or accessories.

FIRMWARE-UPDATES

Despite all the claims by manufacturers and workshops, firmware updates and upgrades for e-bikes are also gateways to features that could take away or restrict your choice of tuning.

We therefore recommend that you do not carry out any updates or upgrades to the motor firmware or have them carried out, for example by a bike service center, in order to retain the option of tuning.

An e-bike that works probably does not need an update.
